As a server assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Part-time Position - $12.41, plus tip outs ($30-60 per shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting servers in delivering food and drinks to tables
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including floors and restrooms
- Providing excellent customer service to guests
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assisting in server side-work needs and maintaining supplies, including ice bins
The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, able to work in a fast-paced, confined work environment, with some lifting required. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus, but not required. We offer on-the-job training to help you succeed as a server assistant at Baker's Crust, Inc.
