Restaurant Server Assistant

Join Our Team as a Server Assistant at Baker's Crust, Inc - Greenbrier in Chesapeake, VA

Are you looking to kick-start your career in the restaurant industry? Baker's Crust, Inc., in Greenbrier, Chesapeake, VA is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as server assistants. As a server assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Part-time Position - $12.41, plus tip outs ($30-60 per shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting servers in delivering food and drinks to tables
  • Clearing and resetting tables efficiently
  • Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including floors and restrooms
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests
  • Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Assisting in server side-work needs and maintaining supplies, including ice bins

The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, able to work in a fast-paced, confined work environment, with some lifting required. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus, but not required. We offer on-the-job training to help you succeed as a server assistant at Baker's Crust, Inc.
