Sandwich/Salad Maker

Join the Baker's Crust Team as a Sandwich/Salad Maker!

Are you passionate about creating delicious and healthy sandwiches and salads? Do you have a knack for putting together the perfect ingredients to make mouth-watering meals? If so, Baker's Crust, Inc in Ghent VA is looking for a talented Sandwich Maker like you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Create a variety of sandwiches and salads according to our standard recipes
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking custom orders and resolving any issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Sandwich Maker or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of different types of breads, meats, cheeses, and vegetables
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
