What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: $38,000 Base, plus tips and fees. First 4 months guaranteed base pay of $65,000 while you develop your book of business. Our unique compensation structure allows you the potential to earn over $85,000 after the initial period!

Key Responsibilities:

Drive catering sales through networking, cold calling, and building relationships with corporate clients and event planners
Ensure successful event execution, working closely with our operations team
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local businesses to generate repeat business
Collaborate with senior management and the marketing team to optimize catering strategies and execute strategic marketing plans, including grassroots marketing, direct mail, and digital outreach
